The St. George half marathon

Okay, I think I have totally lost it. Another Half marathon? Actually it was great! Mendy ran it too. what a great experience. I shaved 8 minutes off of my time from the last one. There is a 50 miler coming up in march. It is a team relay, "Lake to Lake" should be fun too.

Christmas

It has been a while since I have added anything to this. Sorry. These are some pics from Christmas. The first one is of me opening a Runners survival kit that was given to me from Mendy. it was so fun.

We got a work out video to do as a family. it is a killer.

Ethan run

The first part of December Mendy, Carolyn and myself ran a 5k for this 6 year old little boy that is battling cancer. It was so fun and it was such a rewarding experience to do this. It was Carolyn's first run and Mendy's second.
